First Go to your blogger Dashboard
- Go to your Blogger Dashboard >> Layout >> Add a Gadget >> HTML/JavaScript.
Add this HTML/JavaScript code
- Add this Code to HTML/JavaScript Box and Name Recent Comments.

- Change http://your-blog.blogspot.com with your blog address.
